Corporate team building

Department team building
The company guarantees a bimonthly budget for team building activities dedicated to the various work groups. Scholarships in memory of Alberto Damioli
An incentive for training and culture for the children of employees who achieve particular educational merits. Sandrini provides for the allocation of scholarships of different amounts depending on the grade obtained and the degree of education, starting from primary schools up to university.
With this initiative we remember Alberto Damioli, prematurely deceased but the beating heart of Sandrini Metalli, honouring love in its purest form: that which binds parents to their children.
Parenting contribution
We try to support our employees in facing the goals of their lives, including at the family level and the challenges that this entails. A new birth brings with it organisational difficulties and an important economic commitment, especially in the first months of life.
For this reason, for some years the company has decided to pay a monthly financial contribution to employees with children under 24 months of age.
Year-end premium

Professional development: training to enhance your skills
To maintain competitiveness in a constantly evolving market, it is necessary to be able to rely on prepared and up-to-date resources. For this reason, training plays a central role in Sandrini Metalli. We prepare specific training programmes, calibrated according to the task and level.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING
The training course for the development of managerial skills is designed for the first and second lines. We organise articulated programmes, which can include classroom sessions, coaching and training capsules, built on the basis of internal needs. The goal is to strengthen management skills and soft skills, support managers in their career paths and train the “managers of the future”, with a view to continuous growth of the company and internal resources.
COMPANY TRAINING COURSES
We try to meet internal training and growth needs, organising ad hoc training courses both on specific technical issues and on multidisciplinary issues, organisational knowledge or to enhance transversal skills. Ad oggi contiamo circa 160 dipendenti, distribuiti su tre sedi produttive (Costa Volpino, Pian Camuno e Chiari). Stiamo ricercando, per ampliare il nostro organico della sede di Costa Volpino, 1 Operaio/a addetto/a alla produzione.
Le persone ricercate saranno inserite nell’area produttiva, dedicandosi alle seguenti attività:
- Lavorazione lamiera (piegatura, taglio, profilatura) tramite macchinari
- Movimentazione merce con l’uso di muletto e carroponte
- Carico e scarico materiale
Sono richiesti:
- Disponibilità a lavoro giornata/su turni
- Disponibilità a straordinari
- Gradita pregressa esperienza nell’utilizzo del carroponte, competenza base di attrezzaggio e programmazione

Ad oggi contiamo circa 160 dipendenti, distribuiti su tre sedi produttive (Costa Volpino, Pian Camuno e Chiari). Stiamo ricercando, per ampliare il nostro organico della sede di Costa Volpino, un/una Impiegato/a Junior ufficio qualità.
La risorsa sarà inserita nell’ufficio qualità, sicurezza e ambiente (facente parte del servizio di prevenzione e protezione aziendale) e contribuirà alla corretta gestione e al mantenimento del sistema di qualità, garantendo il rispetto delle normative vigenti. In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Predisporre la documentazione e le procedure relative alle certificazioni di qualità aziendali (ISO9001), confrontandosi con l’RSPP e con i consulenti esterni
- Partecipare ad audit interni ed esterni
- Archiviare i documenti relativi alla sicurezza e all’assicurazione qualità.
Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso di:
- Pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in ambito qualità presso realtà produttive strutturate
- Formazione tecnica (gradita, ma non indispensabile)

Ingegnere Edile

Ad oggi contiamo circa 160 dipendenti, distribuiti su tre sedi produttive (Costa Volpino, Pian Camuno e Chiari). Stiamo ricercando, per ampliare il nostro organico della sede di Chiari un/una Ingegnere Edile.
La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno dell’area tecnica e si occuperà di:
- Supporto tecnico a collaboratori, clienti e progettisti
- Lettura, modifica ed elaborazione di particolari tecnici in CAD
- Redazione schede tecniche di prodotto
- Dimensionamento e verifica prodotti in funzione delle specifiche progettuali
- Gestione certificazioni di prodotto
- Gestione e supervisione di prove e test su prodotti (eseguite internamente o presso laboratori)
- Supporto e collaborazione con le altre figure coinvolte nella gestione del Sistema Integrato di Qualità
- Coordinamento e promozione interna dei progetti di R&D
La persona ricercata è in possesso di:
- Laurea in ingegneria edile o percorsi affini
- Ottima conoscenza ed utilizzo di software CAD per modellazione 2D e 3D
- Dimestichezza con software per elaborazione di analisi FEM
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office
