Transverse fold with angle ≥ 87°
This process, carried out on a bending machine with a special shaped mould, produces a single transverse fold on the corrugated sheet with an angle greater than or equal to 87°.
All the deformations generated are contained and controlled by the special conformation of the mould, in order to make the finished products perfectly tailored, equal and couplable with each other in the various lateral and longitudinal overlaps.

The material is appropriately trimmed where the lateral overlap of the folded area takes place, which facilitates the overlap itself and avoids the passage and infiltration of rainwater.
The corrugated sheets thus obtained are mainly used in the construction of shed or mini-shed roofing where the angular conformation obtained eliminates the application of the connecting tinplate at the ridge.
Machining available on the following profiles:
- SAND 20
- SAND 28
