SAND A55 P600 CLS
The SAND A55 P600 CLS corrugated sheet is a hi-bond sheet for composite floor: it is therefore mainly used in the building sector as a support for the construction of this type of structure.
The SAND A55 P600 CLS sheet metal is produced using an exclusive technology that makes it cooperate with the cast-in-place concrete by means of continuous embossed impressions on the vertical walls. The latter prevent any sliding phenomenon and the detachment of steel-cls.
The lower side of the trapezoidal sheet can also be supplied pre-painted.
HI-BOND sheets for collaborative floors
The HI-BOND collaborative slab is made up of a corrugated sheet metal on which a concrete slab is placed. In the first phase, the casting phase, and until the concrete has reached an adequate level of maturation, the weight of the wet concrete, the personnel and the equipment are carried only by the corrugated sheet metal.
In the second phase, once the maturation has taken place, in which the collaboration between the corrugated sheet metal and concrete is determined, a unique resistant element is formed with all the characteristics of the reinforced concrete sections, in which the corrugated sheet metal, after having completed the task of formwork, takes on that of metal reinforcement for positive moments. To absorb negative moments, appropriate reinforcement must be provided as in normal slabs.
